    Return Policy

    If The Product is Damaged

    If your product is damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately. You can return it within 02 days. Your product may be eligible for a refund or replacement depending on the product category.

    Complains received beyond 02 days after delivery is NOT guaranteed to receive a refund or replacement. 

    Because we believe if the goods are damaged or malfunctioned, it should not take more than 1-2 days to identify. Usually in first trial the errors can be spotted. 

    If the item is damaged because of electrical short circuit or misuse of the customer in that case no refund will be issued. 

    If The Item is Broken

    If the item arrived broken, please contact us within 02 days from the delivery date. Please include all of its accessories during return.

    We'll send a new replacement or refund the amount once we receive the returns at our warehouse and verify the claim. 

    This process may take 48-72 hrs from the time we receive it in our warehouse. We usually issue a pre-paid return label to the customer in such case. 

     

    If the Item is Defective

    We will do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are in their best conditions. If your product turns out to be defective, please provide us some proofs:

    - Photos of the front and the back of the package or box

    - Partial shipment slips (if applicable)

    - Clear video demonstration of the defects. 

    Please note that a "video-proof" is 100% required in order to understand the error. We DO NOT accept any photo or screenshots

     

    If the product is "No longer needed"

    Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed". 

    If the item you have received differs completely from the one you ordered, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service and to provide us with the following proofs-

    - How the product varies from what we described on the product page.

    - Video or image proof of the product packaging or shipment receipt.

    - Tracking number or order ID.

    We need any two of the above supporting documents in order to help you with the claim. 

     

    Photos or a video of the incorrect item;

    Photos or a video showing the problem occurred with this product Or the arrived quantity item is less/much, it is acceptable to return. Don’t need to pay charges for this.

     

    Return Used Products if Unsatisfied

    Generally, if you are not satisfied with our products by using, you can return it within 14 days after delivery to receive a replacement or a refund of its price minus the shipping fees.

    Please check the respective product page to learn about product specific return policy.

    This general 14 day return policy will be superseded by the page specific guarantee.

    In other word, we'll treat the page specific return policy as final and superior over the general 14-day policy.

    For returning such item, please ensure the following-

    • Product must be in original condition
    • All accessories must be included

    Once we receive the return in our warehouse, a dedicated agent will review your case and verify the receipt. If everything looks good, we'll process the refund within 2-7 business days

    Please ensure to return the item with its original packaging and accessories in the same condition as when you received it.

    If the return doesn't contain the original packaging or accessories, you'll NOT be eligible for the refund. 

     

    Refund because of delayed shipment

    All of our product pages clearly mentions about the expected shipping time. Shipping time will vary based on the products size, weight, stock availability and fulfillment center location.

    Please note that 90% of our products are delivered within the promised delivery time.

    If the shipping delay is caused by uncertain and unpredictable occurrence that we have no control over such as natural disasters, outbreak of disease, riots, political unrest etc then we communicate our customers about the delay.

    In such cases, if the products are already shipped from our warehouse or in transit then it will NOT be eligible for refund.

     For "Free shipping" orders customers do not pay any shipping cost upfront. 

    If a product is shipped but not received within 2-7 business days, you can contact our customer support for an explanation of the delay. We'll try to provide you a best possible solution. 

    We try our best to ship the goods asap but considering the current pandemic situation we DO NOT accept complete refund if the product is not delivered within 7-12 business days.

    Moreover, Goods that are in transit is NOT ELIGIBLE for complete refund. 

    You need to receive the product first. After receiving the product, if you still wish to proceed with the refund then return the product to our given warehouse address first.

    Once return is received and confirmed by the warehouse, your refund will be processed within 72 hrs. 

    Refund because of failed delivery

    If a product's delivery is failed because of customer's negligence or unresponsiveness in that case you will NOT be eligible for ANY refund.

    If the delivery is failed for any valid reason such as sickness, unavailability in the town, natural disaster, family emergencies etc in that case you may apply for a refund. The amount to be refunded should be entirely depend on the company's decision.

     

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

     

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take 2-7 business days before your refund is officially posted.

    Standard Shipping Time:

    Within UAE : 1-5 business days

    GCC Countries: 3-10 business days

    The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.

    Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

    Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

     

    ORDER CONFIRMATION

    After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

     

    PROCESSING TIME

    The order processing time might take up to 1- 4 business days*. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

     

    If you place your after 3.30 PM UAE Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped in the following working day.

     

    ORDER PAYMENT

    We offer both cash on delivery and pre-payment. You can pay using any valid visa, master or American express debit or credit card. All our payment gateways are 100% secured.

     

    SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

    When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

     

    ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST

    We accept 12 hours ’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or shipping address information. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at support@careme.ae

     

    Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

     

    We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.
